Lady Patriots shutout Locust Grove
The Lady Patriots played an outstanding game on Monday shutting down the offense of Locust Grove. Katie Shultes pitched a complete game to earn the win. Katie Austin led the offense with a two-run double scoring Shultes and Katie Jo Goodwin. The Patriots also played solid defense, led by Mackenzie Cox at shortstop (left) and Kristen Smith in centerfield (right). The Lady Patriots will open region play at home versus Landmark Christian on Thursday, August 25 at 5:00.
Congrats Patriot Softball Team
The Strong Rock softball team defeated North Springs last night 10-6 at Meade Park in Peachtree City. They are participating in a tournament hosted by Sandy Creek High School. Katie Shultes (left) led the way by hitting a 2-Run homerun in the first inning. Shultes was also the winning pitcher. Katie Jo Goodwin (right) put the game away by blasting a 3-Run homerun in the third inning. The Patriots will travel to Meade Park again to take on Chapel Hill High School on Friday night at 8:00.
Patriot Softball
The Strong Rock Patriot Softball team will play their first game tonight at 8:00 versus North Springs High School. The girls are playing in a tournament hosted by Sandy Creek High School.
